As a Business Analyst - Mendix, you will:

- Good understanding of business process modeling (BPMN, workflows).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand application workflows.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with Mendix developers for solution delivery.
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements using low-code solutions.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Support end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies in project execution.
