As a Marketing Platforms Business Analyst, with experience analyzing marketing data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement, optimize digital engagement platforms, to ultimately drive business goals.  The successful candidate will directly support the Product Owner, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive the success of our Digital Engagement initiatives. Working closely with content, marketing, developers, and project managers, this role will implement digital engagement strategies that encompass activities across Consumer, Commercial, and Investment Banking.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Execution

    • Work with an agile mindset to deliver incremental improvement using a test and learn approach to delivery

    • Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Ensure alignment between user needs and technical implementation.

  • Measurable Results

    • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and how product enhancements influence campaign performance.

    • Monitor website traffic metrics (page views, bounce rates, conversion rates), and user engagement tools to identify trends and patterns.

    • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

  • Deeper Personalization

    • Work with technology teams to surface relevant data required to activate personalized campaigns by influencing product roadmaps.

    • Conduct user research through surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations.

    • Evaluate website structure and navigation to improve user flow and accessibility.

    • Provide insights to inform user interface (UI) design decisions to enhance user experience.

  • Omnichannel Engagement

    • Support essential digital engagement initiatives that present a cohesive customer journey across the entirety of a customer lifecycle.

    • Understand how websites facilitate lead processes, data enrichment, and interactions between digital engagements.

    • Understanding of user experience (UX) best practices to optimize website interactions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing platforms – Financial Services preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related degree.

  • Familiar with Website, Content Management Systems, Audience Management Tools, Email platforms or Digital Asset Management tools such as Acquia, Drupal, Aprimo, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.

  • Knowledge of web design concepts and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Superior communication, problem solving skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Self-motivated and strong organizational skills.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environments.
