Job Description- Drive business initiatives and collaborate with German OEM stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FRS), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process models.
- Act as the primary interface between business users, Product Owners, customer SMEs, and Agile delivery teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Recommend business process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives across the automotive domain.
- Develop solution proposals, business cases, RFP/RFI responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Ensure compliance with EU GDPR, including preparation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) and Data Erasure Concepts (DEC).
- You have a good understanding of automotive business processes.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with onsite customer stakeholders.
- You hold an IOBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst certification or equivalent (preferred).
- You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
- You have experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, SQL, Agile/SAFe, and German language proficiency (B1/B2).
