Drive Profitability: Simulate impacts and propose creative solutions to optimize Order Contribution and landed cost accuracy.
Own the Narrative: Define KPIs and build sophisticated dashboards (Looker/BigQuery) that translate complex data into actionable insights for global stakeholders.
Product Innovation: Act as the data lead for Landed Cost Management tools, partnering with Tech teams to develop Machine Learning services and automation tools.
Strategic Project Lead: Represent Logistics in cross-functional, end-to-end projects, ensuring data-driven decisions guide our international trade strategy.
Global Liaison: Act as the bridge between internal operations and external partners, ensuring delivery performance and cost metrics are optimized worldwide.
WHO YOU ARE
Background: You hold a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
The Data Expert: You have 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics. You are a SQL expert (BigQuery experience is a major win) and have a mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.
Visual Storyteller: You are proficient in BI tools; if you know Looker, you’ll hit the ground running.
Strategic Thinker: You don't just find problems; you model the solutions. You have a customer-first mindset and understand how logistics costs impact the final UX.
Agile & Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple deadlines under pressure, and possess "high learnability" (you pick up new tools and industries fast).
Communicator: You are fluent in English and capable of explaining technical data to non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points: Experience in B2B operations or a genuine passion for the intersection of luxury fashion and high-scale technology.
