Required Experience:
- 6 – 10 years of experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with client stakeholders, analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Ability to interface with client stakeholders and bridge business needs with technical teams.
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on experience in elicitation, documentation and analysis of complex business requirements/user stories for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter.
- Solid understanding of Insurance domain processes and workflows.
- Extensive experience as Guidewire Senior Business Analyst (G7/G8) within Insurance domain knowledge.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, with active involvement in ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills are required.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with Australia Motor Insurance products.
- Familiarity with Guidewire configurations or integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
- Exposure to policy, billing or claims transformation programs.
- Understanding of API-based integrations and modern enterprise platforms.
Essential Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Guidewire Business Analyst Certification – mandatory.
