We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with expertise in facilitating requirements gathering and delivering solutions that align with business needs. Experience in Marketing, Sales, or CRM domains is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis and Requirements Management:
Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders and users to determine and document project requirements
Design and document solutions that meet business needs, utilizing best practices in financial accounting and ERP systems
Collaborate with the System Architect to pinpoint the optimal technical solutions to achieve business goals
Clearly and concisely document business requirements using suitable techniques (e.g., data flow diagrams, business case preparation)
2. Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent, Go-To-Market, Digital Experience) to coordinate and enable strategic initiatives
Partner with the Delivery Hub to create comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall goals, particularly in cross-cutting areas
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the program
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration
4. Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify project risks and issues
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives
Support issue resolution by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders
5. Training and Support:
Identify and document training needs for business users affected by integration project changes
Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials to ensure a smooth transition
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within software development projects
Language Proficiency:Good English communication skills are mandatory, enabling effective work in an English-speaking environment.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of business analysis principles and practices
Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation techniques
Experience with enterprise application software (especially core systems like ERP, CRM, etc.), with an understanding of how they support and optimize business processes.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible
Preferred Qualifications
AI Literacy and Experience: Deep understanding of AI (notably Generative AI and Agentic AI) coupled with experience in AI product design or feature development, is a significant plus.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of integration projects and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives
