Position Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will join our cross-functional team built to deliver competitive screening solutions to various market segments through DISA’s solution lifecycle framework The position's responsibility extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. This is accomplished by collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, gather user feedback, and mitigate risks while delivering a successful launch of the solution within the project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
Essential functions, responsibilities:
· Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and antici
pate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
· Establish documentation to support the facilitation of the Solution Lifecycle framework.
· Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
· Develop user stories.
· Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
· Complete acceptance testing and provide feedback to development team when needed.
· Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
· Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
· Coordinate and deliver training demos as needed to cross functional teams.
· Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
· Other Duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Experience:
• High school diploma/GED
• 3+ years of CRA/background experience or 5+ years of product lifecycle experience (Required)
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening (communicating with clients, consumers, and internal departments).
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and web applications.
• Problem Solving/Analysis.
• Teamwork to communicate effectively and efficiently with all parties involved.
• Able to discreetly handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Work Schedule (Post Training Schedule): Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
Overnight Travel Requirements: Up to 10% annual travel
