Leads complex client-facing integrations between background screening platforms and ATS, HR technology, recruiting technology, and HRIS systems. Manages project scope, requirements, timelines, governance, risks, resources, testing, deployment, stabilization, and closure. Translates business needs into technical requirements, coordinates cross-functional teams, communicates with enterprise clients, and drives continuous improvement and standardized delivery practices.

Provides executive administrative support, including domestic and international travel coordination, scheduling, meeting logistics, expense reconciliation, and confidential information management. Coordinates international travel for employees, including visa, passport, immigration, insurance, and destination requirements. Manages corporate travel discount programs, vendor relationships, enrollment, records, and communications. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, independent judgment, and flexibility in a remote environment.

Analyzes and documents integrations between the company platform and external ATS partners. Defines API requirements, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, reusable integration patterns, and technical standards. Collaborates with Engineering and cross-functional teams across discovery, development, certification, launch, and support. Evaluates scalability, automation, reliability, technical debt, and enhancement priorities while researching partner APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data models.

Provides day-to-day HR support for assigned teams, including employee relations, performance management, policy guidance, employee lifecycle activities, HR programs, investigations, reporting, and records maintenance. Partners with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence, supports managers and employees, coordinates HR initiatives, prepares documentation, maintains confidentiality, and escalates complex matters appropriately.

Implement client account setups and modifications by gathering requirements, coordinating internal teams, configuring solutions, testing workflows, tracking tasks in CRM systems, and ensuring accurate, compliant delivery. The role communicates with clients, Sales, and Account Managers, resolves implementation issues, maintains detailed records, and protects confidential, personally identifiable, and protected health information.

Leads strategic business development and market-entry growth across data centers, hyperscale, colocation, AI infrastructure, and adjacent sectors. Generates and closes enterprise opportunities, builds executive relationships, leads consultative sales cycles, and develops revenue strategies. Partners with cross-functional teams to align capabilities, improve organizational readiness, establish scalable sales processes, and expand market presence. Serves as an internal industry expert while monitoring pipeline, revenue performance, and growth objectives.

Supports end-to-end client onboarding, implementation, and migration for assigned accounts. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, demonstrating and training clients on platform functionality, coordinating configuration and project tasks, resolving issues, tracking timelines and deliverables, facilitating stakeholder communication, escalating risks, maintaining documentation, and supporting process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and client service skills.

Perform phone interviews and internet research to verify applicants' employment, education, and professional licensure. Prioritize and reconcile discrepancies, follow client guidelines, meet daily production and quality targets, and maintain confidentiality while using multiple internal and external data applications and MS Office tools.
