About The Role:
The Business Analyst will partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting solution delivery.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM is required, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and supporting system enhancements.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience documenting business and functional requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications
- ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation.
- Document and analyze current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes.
- Identify process improvements, business gaps, and solution opportunities.
- Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution evaluation, testing, and implementation activities.
