The Business Analyst II is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while evaluating processes. As you build your knowledge of the Company, your problem solving skills and creativity will allow you to handle moderately sophisticated assignments!

As a Business Analyst II, you will play a key role in transforming market and industry data into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you will manage external market intelligence subscriptions, research industry infrastructure projects, maintain enterprise tracking tools, and support the corporate strategy process. You will also develop and share market insights, maintain SharePoint resources, and respond to business partner requests. Success will depend on your organization, attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities while helping leaders make informed strategic decisions.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Thrives in a team environment and learns quickly in order to achieve results
  • Analyzes internal metrics and performs moderately sophisticated assignments
  • Exhibits excellent verbal/written communication skills; comfortable interacting with employees, vendors and customers
  • Displays strong problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Evaluates processes and coordinates with company partners to identify business improvements
  • Collaborates with company partners to provide input into business requirements, training needs, project plans, reporting and implementation support
  • Handles large amounts of data and performs data analysis
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years of progressive experience
Other Required Experience:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
