Business Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IDAM)

Full time fixed term position (12-month contract)

Malvern location & WFH days

How you will make an impact

Cabrini Health is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team and play a pivotal role in our Identity and Access Management (IDAM) project. In this position, you will leverage your IDAM expertise to drive business engagement and develop detailed requirements, and support the successful implementation of IDAM solutions across Cabrini.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, analysing and documenting stakeholder requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and understood

  • Contributing to the establishment of trusted partnerships with the clinical and corporate business units, working closely to analyse and understand their needs, and translating their requirements into technology solutions that align with the technology strategy and deliver business value

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships developed through open communication and collaboration

 

About you

Along with strong experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst within an ICT environment, you will also have the following:

  • A working knowledge and experience with the implementation and/or management of Identity and Access Management

  • Substantial experience with building relationships with key business partners

  • Analytical and strategic approach with substantial experience with business analysis including user requirements definition, business process re-engineering, estimation, user testing, organisation change management and business case development

  • Experience with the project delivery lifecycle

  • Experience with service delivery governance practices, cyber security, risk and compliance requirements in a technology context
