Partners with executive and senior leaders to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, management reporting, and strategic advice. Identifies cost savings and revenue growth opportunities, analyzes variances and trends, maintains financial controls, and uses advanced Excel and AI tools to improve reporting and insights.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT projects, including a data warehouse and analytics platform and a Workday HRIS implementation. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, governance, testing, change readiness, training, implementation, and transition to support. Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams, provide stakeholder reporting, and ensure successful project outcomes in a healthcare environment.

The Quality and Safety Partner manages adverse patient safety event reviews, supports clinical incident closure, and leads healthcare quality improvement projects using data. The role promotes a just culture of safety, supports quality committees, and helps ensure compliance with national healthcare standards and accreditation requirements. It requires collaboration with clinical leaders and senior managers across specialty services.
