Provide senior-level acute orthopaedic and neurosurgical physiotherapy across Cabrini Malvern and Brighton, supporting ED and preadmission/day of surgery services. Supervise Grade 1 physiotherapists, AHAs and students, develop clinical protocols, engage surgeons, promote rapid discharge and bed flow initiatives, and participate in service development and education.

Provide patient, equipment and courier transport; assist clinical staff under RN direction; deliver high customer service; perform cleaning, waste management and equipment maintenance; work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a physically demanding perioperative environment.

Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage capital project accounting and the fixed asset register, perform AASB 16 lease accounting, deliver month‑end and year‑end reporting, produce management reports, analyse P&L with Finance Business Partners, support process improvements, and manage the Finance SharePoint and digital forms.
