Leads Cabrini Health’s infrastructure team and strategy across on-premise and cloud environments. Ensures secure, resilient, highly available technology services, business continuity, disaster recovery, lifecycle management, service delivery, governance, compliance, budgeting, vendor performance, and continuous improvement. Advises technology executives, manages stakeholders and vendors, and drives infrastructure transformation supporting healthcare operations.

Partners with executive and senior leaders to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, management reporting, and strategic advice. Identifies cost savings and revenue growth opportunities, analyzes variances and trends, maintains financial controls, and uses advanced Excel and AI tools to improve reporting and insights.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT projects, including a data warehouse and analytics platform and a Workday HRIS implementation. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, governance, testing, change readiness, training, implementation, and transition to support. Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams, provide stakeholder reporting, and ensure successful project outcomes in a healthcare environment.
