About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst 1 to join a data systems team supporting maintenance management and work order application systems. The position is customer-facing, involving frequent interactions with internal users to ensure smooth system operations and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance and work order applications, applying knowledge of relevant applications and databases
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, using logical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Collect data accurately and develop solutions for customer needs
  • Perform daily system tasks and assist with user questions and support requests


Qualifications
Requirements:

  • 0-2+ years of directly related experience in business systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to establish customer trust and maintain professional relationships
  • Confidence in handling customer needs with attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with logical problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Maximo, Oracle Field Service (OFS), and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft SQL is helpful

Additional Information

  • Daily responsibilities will include team meetings, issue resolution, project coordination, and training as needed
  • This role primarily involves working with Maximo and OFS, along with Excel and occasional SQL tasks
  • Suitable candidates may have an Associate’s degree or higher in a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance management or data systems
