As a Business Analyst at FlexHub, you create clear and reliable specifications that support our development teams. You take ownership of specific functional areas, creating, refining, and validating requirements with a high degree of independence. What will you be doing? 👇
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Map data flows and dependencies across different systems.
- Refine and prioritize the product backlog together with the Product Owner.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and intended outcomes.
- Actively contribute to sprint planning and help the team understand business needs and value.
- Analyze production data to validate business assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear and comprehensive functional documentation and user guides.
- Stay up to date with banking and technology trends and share relevant insights with the team.
- Explain technical constraints and solutions to business stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.
- Continuously improve the requirements-gathering process to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
Which skills & experience are important to us? 👌
- Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, ideally within a complex IT or banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN, SQL, and agile requirements engineering techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex topics and translate them into clear, manageable user stories and requirements.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners and development teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to manage requirements independently and negotiate scope with stakeholders.
- Interest in and practical understanding of AI and Generative AI, including the ability to identify potential use cases and apply AI tools to support business analysis and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
