About The Role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful operation of the organization’s Payments solutions and supporting products. The organization’s Payments solutions is driven by a combination of physical payment devices in store, E-Commerce integrations, and our processing platform. The Business Analyst – E-Comm & POS is primarily responsible for bridging the gap between Technology and business through collaboration with different stakeholders. They are responsible for the successful introduction of new features and enhancements to the System, efficient operation of the System and providing support to merchants (E-commerce & POS). They must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes within the Organization.
Responsibilities:
System & Configuration Management:
- Lead in Identification of system errors & bugs and co-ordinate resolutions with the technical team.
- Ensure review of the system settings and permissions.
- Monitor DPO Pay System functionality and performance.
- Ensure proper configuration of the DPO Pay system.
- Support and ensure adherence to PCI DSS Procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure maintaining day-to-day inventory records and keeping up to date and in line with other production applications, also ensure all scheduled daily assignments/ activities have been properly recorded and added to the inventory module.
Merchant Support:
- Provide level 3 Support by handling escalated issues by the Systems Service desk.
- Single point of contact for Merchant integration queries.
- Ensure responsiveness in Merchant support as per SLA Lead technical investigations in collaboration with TechOps and other stakeholders.
- Supporting POS & E-Comm merchant integrations.
- Ensuring merchant staff have been given operational as well as fraud-relevant best practice guidelines.
- Ensure time to time merchant visits have been initiated, support with all operational and technical issues and resolve merchants’ concerns.
Reporting:
- Periodic reporting on DPO Pay projects.
- Periodic reporting on Integration Support.
- Periodic reporting on System functionality and performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology discipline or related field.
- Relevant technology & projects Certifications.
- 5+ years of experience in technology solutioning and supporting Financial digital products in a diverse environment across multiple countries and cultures.
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Support/Operations in E-Commerce & POS required, preferably in a global organization.
- 1+ years’ experience in process mapping and process documentation.
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, demonstrated ability to anticipate next steps, take initiative, exercise discretion, and apply sound judgment.
- Knowledge of Acquiring Business products, know-how of settlement processes.
- Analytical skills / technical knowledge of POS & E-Comm products.
- A team player/ ability to think out of box and demonstrate multi-tasking capabilities.
- Positive thinking and confidence in achieving targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
