What you will do:
The Supply Chain Business Analyst will oversee new requests for inventory placements. In this role, you will build relationships with customers and maximize inventory assets to grow the business. The Supply Chain Business Analyst will partner with Field Offices to ensure customer service levels and satisfaction are met while meeting the overall objective to create a leaner and more profitable supply chain. Responsibilities may include:
- Analyze data to determine correct placements of new product launch kits and EPS (early product surveillance) sets
- Assist Field Offices with researching availability of key backordered items from other Field Office locations
- Partner with PLCM initiatives to burn down stock and request final orders
- Provide data to the Joint Replacement Sales and BOM teams on inventory placements and sales opportunities
- Partner with Demand Planning and Marketing on new product launch forecasts
- Play a role in Field budget creation
- Analyze and schedule order management activities to support forecasts, target inventories, and multiple supply chain activities
- Generate suggestions and input that will allow the team to make better supply chain decisions
- Deliver forecasts that will be used during monthly IBP meetings
- Attend weekly manufacturing and kitting conference calls
- Primary contact for Branch Operations
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products
- Prepare financial analysis of ownership targets
- Work with additional Field Offices for alternative product obtainment for underutilized assets
- Review inventory turns and make recommendations on increasing or decreasing stock levels
- Review weekly instrument budgets and approve instrument asset orders when quarterly budget is exceeded
- Provide management with data that supports or denies requests for increased par levels and expired replacements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree - required; Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Finance preferred
- 4+ years of experience with supply chain, warehouse or financial inventory control systems, processes and product placement in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- PowerBI or Tableau or equivalent
- SAP or equivalent ERP

Power apps experience preferred

- US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
- US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
- US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual

- US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual
