You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or BI roles, preferably with a focus on AI-enhanced data solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel (including automation and AI-powered functions).
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy, and working knowledge of ETL frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading data integration projects, developing predictive models, and supporting executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and AI-driven analytics practices (nice to have).
• English Full Professional Proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven dashboards and data models using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support predictive analytics and performance optimization.
• Manage end-to-end BI modernization initiatives, including data warehouse expansion, ETL automation, and AI capability integration.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions in collaboration with data engineering and technology teams.
• Develop and optimize automated reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of analytics projects and reports.
• Support executive-level reporting by delivering real-time insights that enhance decision-making across campaign tracking, financial planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Continuously identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve reporting, visualization, and data accessibility.
