Job Purpose:
To deliver accurate and timely information to Local and Regional Management as related to the Pernod Ricard Japan Domestic Market business.
To act as Business Partner for the Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and Accounting departments by providing financial insights, and ensure overall integrity and efficiency of the operations in term of financial, market and business analysis.
Responsibilities:
1)Lead/Support on the financial reporting, planning and analysis
•Support the Head of Business Analysis on the financial reporting, planning and analysis, and on ad-hoc projects
•Lead/Support the Finance team for the submission of financial information (Volume, P&L) to Pernod Ricard Local and Regional Management as related to Pernod Ricard Japan business
•Develop and maintain good communication with other departments, and support other functions when required, such as for:
-Rolling Forecasts
-Monthly P&L reporting/analysis, and Consolidated Narratives on reporting decks
-Other ad-hoc analysis
2) Business partner for Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and Accounting teams
•Support the Supply Chain Management team by bringing financial expertise on various aspects of the product flow and COGS such as:
-SKU registration
-Transfer Price
-Tax & duties
-Distribution costs
•Work closely with the Human Resources and Accounting teams to document and produce analysis on SG&A: Payroll & Benefits, Travel & Entertainment, other SG&A
•Leverage the existing BI tools to produce monthly financial analysis on COGS and SG&A performance

Language: Excellent Business Level in both Japanese and English (Speaking & Writing)
Background & Experience
• At least 2-3 years of solid experience in the Finance/Corporate Planning (FP&A) or Accounting functions while being significantly exposed to Budgeting and Financial Reporting of P&L and/or Cash Flow.
• Working experience in a multi-national corporation and/or overseas (working or studying) experience is plus.
