Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance business performance. This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.YOUR CHALLENGE- Analyze needs and issues of the organisation or business domain
- Specify and document new business processes or systems
- Feasible integration of the business processes and needs into technical solutions (considering time and budget constraints) that enable the Scrum team to meet its objectives
- Align with (senior) business stakeholders to understand structures, the organisation’s business and operating model, and the applicable regulatory requirements
- Validate the fulfilment of business requirements by elaborating test cases, test procedure and user acceptance testing
- Ensure appropriate involvement of relevant business stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle

- Ability to think pragmatically and drive execution of concepts. Analyse, prioritize, resolve issues and take decisions during challenging times
- Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
