Description

Markon is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Naval Nuclear Laboratory’s Facility Design organization at the Knolls site. This position will work within a project team environment supporting various construction projects and assisting project engineers with the administration, organization, and maintenance of critical project documentation.


NOTE: This position requires regular onsite work at the Knolls location and may be performed remotely up to 20% of the time. An active DOE L clearance is required.

Responsibilities
  • Work within a project team environment to support various construction projects at the Knolls site.
  • Assist project engineers with the administration and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Maintain updated project submittal logs.
  • Route project submittals to appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Maintain current and accurate project SharePoint pages.
  • Maintain updated project record drawings resulting from project changes.
  • Maintain updated project specifications resulting from project changes.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have an active DOE L clearance to be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience working within project teams in the construction industry.
Salary RangeUSD $120,000.00 - USD $127,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
