About the Role:

The Business Administration Manager - EMEA is a pivotal role within the organisation, integral to the ongoing success of the region. Reporting directly to the VP & General Manager of the EMEA region, this role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and administrative skills. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and associated applications, utilising these tools to measure the performance of sales teams, channel partners, and marketing campaigns. The role also includes producing detailed financial reports within MS Excel and assisting the VP/GM EMEA with day-to-day business administrative tasks, including scheduling travel, conferences, and coordinating events across multiple global business areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP & General Manager of EMEA, including managing schedules, organising travel, and coordinating conferences and events.
  • Facilitate communication between different areas of the business, ensuring seamless coordination of activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

2. Salesforce (SFDC) and Metrics Management:

  • Maintain and optimise Salesforce and associated applications, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in operations.
  • Use Salesforce tools to measure and report on the performance of sales teams, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on Salesforce data to drive business decisions and strategy.

3. Financial Reporting:

  • Produce detailed financial reports using MS Excel, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Assist in the development, monitoring, and adjustment of budget plans, collaborating with relevant departments to set and track business targets.
  • Ensure financial data is accurate and presented in a clear and actionable format for senior management.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the preparation of digital presentation documents and media, inclusive of PPT, Twitter and LinkedIn……

4. Strategic Support:

  • Work closely with the VP/GM EMEA to support strategic initiatives, providing administrative and analytical support where needed.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of regional business strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents required by the VP/GM EMEA for internal and external meetings.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure the smooth execution of regional activities, including marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and operational projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage the logistics of multi-regional events, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and within budget.


Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a business administration role, preferably within a technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including customisations, reporting, and user management.
  • Proven ability to produce detailed financial reports using MS Excel.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality and confidentiality
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of financial and operational metrics.
  • A team player, with a sense of humour but well versed in the management of sensitive data and information.
