The Corporate and Executive Departments are first and foremost a coordination and strategic support function. As such, the teams are responsible for enabling effective executive operations by managing information flow, supporting strategic planning, and maintaining strong governance while continuously evaluating administrative and operational processes for improvement. The teams work on daily activities such as preparing executive materials, coordinating cross‑functional communication, tracking governance and action items, and supporting strategic initiatives, as well as building frameworks to enhance process efficiency, strengthen decision‑making, and drive organizational alignment.

Purpose of Role

The Business Administration and Strategy Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Corporate and Executive Departments by delivering high‑quality analytical, organizational, and operational support. This role contributes to effective executive decision‑making by preparing clear business materials, coordinating information across teams, and ensuring timely completion of strategic and administrative priorities. The Analyst serves as a central resource for maintaining governance standards, improving processes, and supporting communication flow between leadership and business partners.

In today’s fast‑paced and highly regulated capital markets environment, efficient and well‑structured executive operations are essential to maintaining transparency, strengthening oversight, and enabling informed leadership decisions. By delivering reliable research, producing polished briefing materials, and supporting critical governance processes, the Business Administration & Strategy Analyst acts as a valuable partner to senior leadership. This role enables smooth execution within the executive office and reinforces the company’s commitment to operational excellence and organizational integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical, administrative, and day‑to‑day support for executive priorities.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations and briefing materials with accurate, organized data.
  • Support strategic initiatives through research, background preparation, and information organization.
  • Maintain governance by updating documentation, tracking actions, and supporting compliance.
  • Coordinate communication and meeting outputs to ensure timely follow‑through.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance executive workflow and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot ad hoc requests and business issues to enable smooth executive operations.
  • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
  • At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct.
  • To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
  • To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
  • To escalate risk events immediately.
  • To provide input to risk management processes, as required.

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field required.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.
