The Business Administration Intern provides hands-on administrative and clerical support to ensure daily office operations run smoothly. This role focuses on executing foundational tasks, including document organization, basic data entry, running local errands, and assisting with daily meeting logistics.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
  • Perform basic data entry into spreadsheets and internal trackers to keep records updated.
  • Help prepare simple documents and forms for various department requirements.
  • Support the team by running local errands and facilitating the delivery or collection of documents.
  • Provide general assistance during meetings, including room setup and basic note-taking.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Basic understanding of general office etiquette.
