What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers on diverse structural projects.
- Conduct structural analysis and design using industry-standard software, with the support of group leaders.
- Learn what makes a great set of drawings and contribute to advancing our commitment to excellence for our clients.
- Participate in site visits and field observations as often as we can.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with the entire design team to ensure project success—drive clarity and converge on solutions, not more problems.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a focus in structural engineering for vertical structures
- 0-4 years of experience in structural engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possession of an EIT license
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, RAM, Risa3D, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience in Revit is a plus
- Valid US drivers license
- Reliable transportation

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer or on construction sites.
- Duties require the ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day.
- May occasionally need to lift items up to 15 lbs.
