NVIDIA is looking for a world-class engineer to join its Compiler Build & DevOps team. The position would be part of a team that implements and maintains sophisticated tools, that improve development workflows and overall productivity.
What you'll be doing:
You will be working closely with compiler development and verification engineers across the globe on tasks related to:
Improving automated build pipelines and processes, of compiler system software for NVIDIA processors.
Developing DevOps tools and workflows, using Nvidia proprietary and other innovative technologies to help build better CI/CD workflows.
Crafting efficiency and usability improvements across Nvidia proprietary products that will help streamline various release workflows across Nvidia.
Be in the critical path supporting thousands of developers as well as intimately understanding the values of predictability, automation and reliability.
Propose enhancements based on safety, compliance and other requirements.
What we need to see:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years' work experience in software development or DevOps organization.
Proficiency in Docker, Jenkins (Groovy), GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, Ansible, and Kubernetes
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g. Perforce, Git)
Have experience using GNU Make, CMake, Bazel, or other build tools
Programming skills: Python, Perl, or Bash
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Experience writing and maintaining complex software build systems.
Ability to self-manage, lead technically, and communicate optimally

Compiler Domain Expertise: Have an understanding of how compilers work and how compilers are implemented.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 224,250 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
