Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
  • Assist customers in selecting the ideal BUICK GMC vehicle to match their needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong product knowledge of BUICK GMC vehicles.
  • Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love.
  • Comply with all dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a sales role.
  • Previous dealership sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
