Mayvin is seeking an experienced Budget Analyst Intermediate / Senior to support a complex Army radar program office effort at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The candidate will manage financial data within key Government systems, supports PPBE activities, develops budget exhibits and analyses, and ensures compliant, timely financial execution in support of the full lifecycle of the Army’s ground-based radar systems, including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53, and their associated Foreign Military Sales variants.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain budget documentation, audit responses, and internal control evaluations in support of program requirements
- Enter, retrieve, and manage financial data in Government systems including GFEBS, LMP, DTS, DAVE, PMRT, PIEE, and AE2S
- Manage and track multiple appropriations including FMS ensuring accurate execution, reconciliation of errors, and proper financial recordkeeping
- Support PPBE activities through budget formulation, requirements validation, cost analysis, and development of justification materials and budget exhibits
- Monitor program financial performance, identify potential funding impacts or execution delays, and prepare presentations and lifecycle analyses for leadership
- Serve as a tester for Advana DAR Q, gathering required data and preparing formal responses to audit sample requests
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting (4 additional years of experience in budget analyst)
- Minimum of 5 years of Budget analyst experience. (Intermediate)
- Minimum of 10 years of Budget analyst experience (Senior)
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACEIT/EVM experience; RS3/APG familiarity
