Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Flawless Quality: Strictly adhere to quality protocols and standards to ensure that all products meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work with cross-functional teams to determine and implement quality improvement initiatives. Conduct Reviews: Perform comprehensive reviews and assessments of production records to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Identify root causes of quality issues and successfully implement corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific or technical field.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quality assurance role within a similar industry.
- Attention to Detail: Outstanding attention to detail and ability to strictly follow protocols. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and collaborators.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
