Brand Manager

Driving Brand Strategy, Market Growth, and Multi-Channel Marketing

Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000/Year
Position: Full-Time – In Office
Location: Orem, Utah or St. Louis, MO

MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing execution for Broda, our healthcare seating brand serving long-term care, rehabilitation, hospice, and other clinical environments.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this mid-level role will take meaningful ownership of the Broda brand, translating business and sales priorities into integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, generate demand, support dealer and distributor partners, and drive growth.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on brand management experience who understands how to market a physical product in a B2B environment. Experience in healthcare, medical products, medical devices, clinical markets, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Own and Support

  • Own day-to-day brand management for Broda, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, visual identity, and customer experience across marketing and sales channels.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company growth priorities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, paid media, social media, print, direct mail, brochures, catalogs, trade publications, and industry events.
  • Own Broda’s trade show and event strategy, including event selection, objectives, audience targeting, booth messaging, supporting materials, sales coordination, pre- and post-show campaigns, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop marketing strategies for a manufactured, physical product, including product launches, positioning, sales materials, product photography, printed collateral, and customer education.
  • Partner with sales, product development, customer success, operations, and other teams to translate product features and customer needs into compelling market messaging.
  • Create and oversee marketing content, including brochures, product literature, email campaigns, websites, presentations, case studies, trade show materials, and social media.
  • Support sales, national accounts, dealers, and distributors through sales enablement materials, co-marketing campaigns, updated product information, imagery, and other channel marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand Broda’s audiences, clinical use cases, competitive position, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Track marketing performance and present key results, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

What Will Help You Succeed

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and approximately four to seven years of progressive marketing experience, including meaningful experience in brand management or direct ownership of a product or brand.

We are looking for someone who has moved beyond simply executing individual marketing tasks and has experience developing strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and taking projects from concept through execution and measurement.

Experience marketing physical products in a B2B, manufacturing, dealer/distributor, or channel-based environment is highly valuable. Candidates should be comfortable balancing digital marketing with traditional channels such as trade shows, printed collateral, sales materials, product launches, industry publications, and customer events.

Healthcare, clinical, medical device, medical equipment, senior living, rehabilitation, durable medical equipment, or similar industry experience is strongly preferred.

Successful candidates should also bring strong project management, writing, communication, and presentation skills; experience partnering closely with sales teams; the ability to work independently and identify opportunities; and experience using analytics to evaluate marketing performance. Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools is strongly preferred.

Why Join Broda

At Broda, the work you do has a direct impact on people's lives. Our specialized wheelchair seating solutions provide comfort, safety, and mobility for individuals in long-term care, hospice, rehabilitation, and other healthcare settings.

For many people, a Broda chair means more than a place to sit. It can mean the opportunity to leave their bed, connect with loved ones, participate in daily life, and experience greater comfort, dignity, and independence.

As Brand Manager, you will help shape how Broda communicates that value to healthcare providers, clinicians, caregivers, dealers, distributors, and customers while influencing how the brand grows and reaches new markets.

As a Broda team member, you’ll receive benefits through our parent company, MITY Inc., including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and other employee benefits.

This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level Brand Manager who wants meaningful ownership of an established brand, the ability to influence strategy, and the opportunity to work closely with sales, product development, leadership, and customers in a growing healthcare market.
