Assist senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software. Troubleshoot and resolve defects, participate in code reviews, produce documentation, support ticket handling for Microsoft NAV/Business Central, and help IT initiatives interfacing with office and manufacturing systems while learning best practices.

Manage and grow accounts in the worship and non-profit markets by building relationships, creating accurate quotes, following up on leads, attending trade shows, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Lead accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, payroll, treasury, regulatory and financial reporting, audits, internal controls, fixed assets, leases, and cash flow management to provide accurate financial insights for leadership.
