Role Title: Breeze Brand Manager

JOB PURPOSE
Breeze is one of the most important growth agenda within Home Care Philippines, with strong brand equity and significant opportunities to unlock. The Breeze Brand Manager is accountable for shaping and delivering a future-fit brand agenda, strengthening consumer relevance, and driving sustainable business performance. This role requires a commercially sharp, growth-oriented and resilient marketing leader who can navigate change, make clear choices, rally cross-functional teams, and inspire progress with confidence.
The role owns the end-to-end growth agenda of Breeze, combining strategic brand leadership with strong commercial accountability and people leadership. Working closely with Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP), Customer Development, Finance, Media, R&D, Supply Chain, and Digital Commerce teams, the incumbent will accelerate market share growth, strengthen brand equity, drive penetration and unlock new growth opportunities.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Business Leadership & Performance Delivery
- Own Breeze business performance including turnover, volume, market share, penetration, profitability, and brand health.
- Lead annual and long-term business planning for the Breeze portfolio.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
- Develop portfolio growth strategies across Powder and Liquid formats.
- Drive delivery of financial and market performance targets.
- Strengthen Breeze’s growth trajectory by identifying performance opportunities, making clear strategic choices, and mobilizing the organization behind priority interventions.
2. Brand Strategy & Growth Agenda
- Develop the long-term Breeze growth vision and category strategy.
- Lead development and deployment of annual Brand Marketing Plans.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relevance, differentiation, and consumer preference.
- Build growth platforms that unlock premiumization, recruitment, and increased household penetration.
- Translate market, consumer, and competitive insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Role-model resilience and strategic ownership in an evolving business context, ensuring the brand agenda remains focused, consumer-led, and commercially grounded.
3. Innovation & Portfolio Management
- Lead the Breeze innovation and renovation agenda from ideation to launch.
- Shape portfolio strategy across existing and emerging consumer needs.
- Work with Global Breeze team to craft brand mixes and localize as needed.
- Develop business cases and innovation roadmaps in partnership with R&D and Finance.
- Ensure successful launch and post-launch optimization of innovations.
- Drive portfolio simplification and productivity opportunities where appropriate.
4. Cross-Functional Growth Leadership
- Partner with Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP) and Customer Development teams to deliver winning category and channel strategies.
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Lead cross-functional project teams on strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure seamless execution across innovation, launch, customer activation, and commercial planning.
- Create clarity and confidence through change by aligning stakeholders, managing trade-offs, and leading teams through evolving priorities with pace and empathy.
5. People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Breeze Assistant Brand Manager, creating clear direction, meaningful growth opportunities, and a high-support, high-performance team environment.
- Develop marketing talent and strengthen capability in strategic thinking, performance management, consumer understanding, and executional excellence.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Category Growth, Innovation, or Business Leadership, with demonstrated ownership of a sizeable business, brand, or portfolio agenda in an FMCG category.
- Strong track record of delivering business growth, brand performance, and portfolio priorities in competitive or fast-moving business contexts.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead through change and ambiguity with resilience, clarity, and strong stakeholder influence.
- People leadership experience or strong readiness to coach, inspire, and develop talent.
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and brand portfolios.
- Exposure to digital marketing, social-first marketing, and commerce ecosystems.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
