Job Description
Primarily responsible for compiling and drawing insights from data. Tasks may include gathering, recording, detecting patterns and insights from, reporting, and developing solutions based on data within their domain.

Deductions/Collections - Credits and Debits Resolution Ensure that all deductions and collections, including credits and debits, are addressed in a timely manner
-
Ensure and monitor the delivery of AR KPIS while driving system and work process transformation to improve efficiencies, resulting in productivity savings.

Monitors root cause analysis of the deductions/collections, credits, and debits.
-
Monitor, reduce and prevent inflow of aged items.

Provide pro-active visibility of Open Balances and Aged Items

Deposits conciliation
-
Ensure to follow each control to maintain a healthy stewardship in collections/deduction.

Respond to all internal and external audit requests
-
Provide support on time in the additional task received according to the Team list distribution.

Prompt proactive collections worked in a daily basis according to alignments and needs.

Build relationships with key partners (Sales and Market Operations) and maintain clear communication with them to deliver better results and meet expectations.

Be available to provide training sessions to customers, peers and co-workers
Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
