YOUR MISSION

You will work hand-in-hand with the Brands Ads team to support the team in executing operational tasks and setting up new processes for analysis and data cleaning goals.

THE JOURNEY

• You will work hand in hand with the Ads team in defining and implementing a process of data cleaning and optimization
• Define the strategy, identifying opportunities of improvement and implementing them.
• Provide insights and updates to the team, proactive support and help on best practices
• Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Previous short experience (internship or temporary - 0-1 years) in campaign management in Media Agencies or Digital Service Companies
• Strong analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth, and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
• You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
• You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry
• Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
