Job Overview:

As Brand Specialist, you’ll be the guardian and amplifier of the ThriveCart brand. You’ll ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all brand touchpoints—while helping evolve our voice and visual identity as the business scales. This role blends strategy and execution: part brand steward, part creative operator.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product, content, and design to make sure ThriveCart looks, sounds, and feels unmistakably ThriveCart everywhere it shows up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain ThriveCart’s brand guidelines (voice, tone, messaging, visual standards)
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across web, product, campaigns, social, email, and sales 
  • Act as a brand reviewer and advisor for internal teams and external partners
  • Help shape and refine ThriveCart’s brand voice and positioning
  • Review and improve copy to ensure it aligns with brand standards and audience expectations
  • Support key launches and campaigns with strong, on-brand messaging
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers on brand-led initiatives
  • Brief creative work and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Help translate brand strategy into compelling creative execution
  • Monitor how the brand is perceived by customers and the market
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand clarity, differentiation, and trust
  • Support brand refreshes, new positioning work, or expansion into new audiences

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
  • Excellent written communication and copy-editing skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong eye for consistency and quality
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial and customer goals
  • Proven experience maintaining and scaling a brand across multiple channels
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes
  • Confident giving feedback while collaborating respectfully

Experience and Education

  • 3–5+ years in brand, marketing, or communications roles (SaaS or digital products strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Design, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Hands-on experience managing and maintaining brand standards across multiple channels (web, product, campaigns, content, social, email, etc.)
  • Experience reviewing, editing, and improving creative and copy to ensure brand alignment

Location: UK, London/Hybrid

Salary: 40k pa GBP/ $55k pa - 45k GBP/$62k pa medium or 46k pa GBP/$63k pa - 50k pa GBP/$68,500 pa high
