A distinguished luxury fashion house is seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant for their Sag Harbor location. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service that reflects the brand's values and creates memorable experiences for high-net-worth clientele
  • Drive sales performance through expert knowledge of collections, consultative selling techniques, and alignment with brand-wide standards and initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive expertise across product categories including ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear, and seasonal collections
  • ·Articulate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship techniques, materials sourcing, and design philosophy to enhance client appreciation and engagement
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and discretion, adhering to company systems and protocols
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards in accordance with established visual merchandising guidelines and brand aesthetic directives
  • Collaborate with regional management and store teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Manage inventory processes, stock organization, and coordinate with distribution and operations teams
  • Participate in seasonal collection launches, trunk shows, private client appointments, and brand events aligned with the fashion calendar


Requirements

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably with recognized international brands
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a structured luxury retail environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships while representing brand identity
  • Sophisticated personal presentation and professional demeanor consistent with luxury fashion standards
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships within CRM systems and brand frameworks
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to operational detail and process adherence
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience with ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear in luxury multi-category retail
  • Familiarity with luxury retail management systems and digital clienteling platforms
  • Understanding of fashion seasonality and collection cycle frameworks
