Role Overview
The Korea Brand & Marketing Specialist CHAGEE Korea will be responsible for supporting on planning, executing, and developing marketing strategies to enhance CHAGEE Korea's brand presence and drive business growth in Korea. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns development & execution, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and campaign execution within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Marketing Director on below responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Support Brand Marketing team on strategy develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- Campaign Management & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, KOL, in-store customer journey based marketing, offline events
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth, extract insight to build marketing strategies
- Content Development: Execute the creation of marketing content, including advertisements, promotional materials, and digital content, KOL content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns to drive online engagement and sales.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams & APAC teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and successful campaign execution.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the effective delivery of marketing services.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships,and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports of marketing activities, performance, and strategic recommendations
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and campaign execution, preferably within the FMCG, F&B, retail, and other fast paced lifestyle industries
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools.
- Outstanding creativity and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
