Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Brand Marketing Manager supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), you partner with the Director, Brand Marketing & Brand Relations to support two retail brands, with a focus on Grandin Road. You execute day-to-day marketing, campaign delivery, and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across creative, merchandising, ecommerce, and performance marketing. You will report to the Creative Director.

This role is hybrid. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day marketing for both brands (focus on Grandin Road), ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
GTM Planning: Lead go-to-market planning and calendar alignment across teams.
Storytelling & Content: Develop briefs, timelines, and content plans for key campaigns and launches.
Product Positioning: Support positioning strategies and align with merchandising and brand priorities.
Trend Analysis: Analyze performance by channel, customer, and category to inform decisions.
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with Ecommerce and Performance Marketing to align budgets, assets, and execution.
Contribute to brand storytelling, content, and product positioning, while the Director leads overall strategy and brand leadership.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in retail or consumer products
Experience executing brand strategies and go-to-market plans
Understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and digital marketing best practices
