About the Role & Team
The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be instrumental in supporting the Marketing Managers & Supervisors, working across Disney+ campaigns in the UK. The role will be centred on creating best-in-class brand marketing campaigns and activations, across all media channels and platforms, to drive awareness and consideration, and ultimately drive sign-ups and retain existing customers. The role will be responsible for coordinating all campaign fundamentals, from creative briefings to asset approvals, with the ability to work to tight deadlines as well as adapt to and accommodate ongoing changes. The individual will also be expected to work hand in glove with other Disney+ departments including the EMEA brand, performance, PR, social and partnerships to help plan integrated strategies.
This is a fixed-term contract and will last 6 months. The role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Support Marketing Managers & Supervisors in end-to-end campaign delivery
- Develop creative briefs, sourcing asset specs, guidelines and restrictions
- Pull together and oversee campaign timings and creative make list.
- Manage Legal approvals, as required
- Become a brand ambassador with a strong understanding of all asset sites and creative guidelines
- Source and circulate creative assets, as required
- Support Brand Marketing Supervisor in managing the annual media partnership
- Build, co-ordinate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners
- Set up and provide vendors with access to any relevant sites and folders
- Source and share creative assets, guidelines and additional content information
- Source budget quotes and manage budget trackers
- Support the wider Brand team with ad hoc requests including, but not limited to.
- Pulling together PowerPoint presentations
- Keeping the Finance, Production and Campaign trackers up to date
- Scheduling meetings and meeting notetaking
- Pulling together and circulating agendas
- Representing the team in meetings and providing summary of updates
Required Qualifications & Skills

- Understanding and knowledge of digital and social platforms.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
