Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortung des Produktmanagements für die COPD Portfolio
- erfolgreiche Etablierung für das Produkt und Entwicklung von Produktstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Franchise-Teams
- Implementierung globaler Produktmaterialien inkl. lokaler Adaption
- kontinuierliches Monitoring der Produktperformance
- Planung und Umsetzung nationale/regionale Veranstaltungen und Kongressaktivitäten
- Planung und Kontrolle der Ressourcen für das Produkt (Promotion-Budget, Umsatz/Absatz-Planung)
- Planung und Auswertung von Marktanalysen
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung innovativer Marketing- und Vertriebskonzepte (z.B. Multichannel, digitales Marketing, Apps)
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie, Medizin oder Naturwissenschaften)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing in der Pharmaindustrie
- Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektarbeit und Projektleitung sowie Matrix Leadership
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Stärke im analytischen und strategisch-konzeptionellen Denken sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
