Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Product: Nemluvio (treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis)
Define key success factors to support the launch of a new product (Nemluvio).
New Product Launch
Establish product strategy in alignment with local management and the global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans and projects.
Implement Product Management plans and processes across all stages of the product lifecycle to maximize product appeal to target customers.
Launch Readiness: Develop launch-readiness plans including brand strategy, forecasts, promotional campaigns, patient support programs, and tactical plans.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research programs and gather market insights for the brand, monitoring and anticipating market developments.
Market Insights & Opportunities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the dermatology market through research and cross-functional intelligence, and identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.
Marketing / Operation Plan: Develop and implement the Nemluvio marketing and operation plan in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
Campaign Creation & Execution: Create and execute both branded and unbranded campaigns.
Promotional Activities & Events: Plan and lead promotional activities and HCP educational events, engaging key KOLs and societies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Sales Team Support: Support the sales team with immediate query handling and KOL engagements.
Sales Team Training: Lead sales team training to provide up-to-date market intelligence and product knowledge.
Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools, taking corrective actions when required to meet business objectives.
Marketing Experience: Preferably 3–7 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Dermatology / Immunology Knowledge: Familiarity with dermatology or immunology therapeutic areas is preferred, particularly experience in launching advanced therapies (biologics).
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, judgment, and influencing skills to develop and implement effective strategies.
Customer Knowledge: Proven experience and knowledge across a broad base of HCPs and patients.
Plan Execution: Ability to execute plans, gather user requirements, and develop enhancements.
Product / Brand Appeal: Capability to implement strategies that maximize product and brand appeal to target customers.
Team Coordination: Ability to coordinate with teams to monitor product performance and drive marketing or product adjustments.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration: Strong collaborative mindset with dedication to team success.
Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical rigor.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
