Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Product: Nemluvio (treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis)

Job Summary
  • Define key success factors to support the launch of a new product (Nemluvio).

  • New Product Launch

  • Establish product strategy in alignment with local management and the global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans and projects.

  • Implement Product Management plans and processes across all stages of the product lifecycle to maximize product appeal to target customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Launch Readiness: Develop launch-readiness plans including brand strategy, forecasts, promotional campaigns, patient support programs, and tactical plans.

  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research programs and gather market insights for the brand, monitoring and anticipating market developments.

  • Market Insights & Opportunities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the dermatology market through research and cross-functional intelligence, and identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.

  • Marketing / Operation Plan: Develop and implement the Nemluvio marketing and operation plan in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.

  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Create and execute both branded and unbranded campaigns.

  • Promotional Activities & Events: Plan and lead promotional activities and HCP educational events, engaging key KOLs and societies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Sales Team Support: Support the sales team with immediate query handling and KOL engagements.

  • Sales Team Training: Lead sales team training to provide up-to-date market intelligence and product knowledge.

  • Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools, taking corrective actions when required to meet business objectives.

Requirements and Competencies
  • Marketing Experience: Preferably 3–7 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Dermatology / Immunology Knowledge: Familiarity with dermatology or immunology therapeutic areas is preferred, particularly experience in launching advanced therapies (biologics).

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, judgment, and influencing skills to develop and implement effective strategies.

  • Customer Knowledge: Proven experience and knowledge across a broad base of HCPs and patients.

  • Plan Execution: Ability to execute plans, gather user requirements, and develop enhancements.

  • Product / Brand Appeal: Capability to implement strategies that maximize product and brand appeal to target customers.

  • Team Coordination: Ability to coordinate with teams to monitor product performance and drive marketing or product adjustments.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative mindset with dedication to team success.

  • Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical rigor.

Education / Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
