Brand Manager

We are looking for a qualified Branding Manager to join our team to manage Manulife branding activities and drive the success of key cross-functional initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and concept development for key brand campaigns/product launching and activities in the year
• Manage cross-functional initiatives that bring positive impacts on brand and business performance
• Manage consistent brand communications across all public and customer channels
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage vendor resources and business-as-usual activities of the brand department
• Manage UX/UI projects to enhance user experience across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to optimize brand positioning and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, good collaboration, and management skills as well as brand management experience. A competitive candidate for this position also possesses:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 3-5 years of experience in similar role
• Good communication skills
• Ability to drive creative concepts and engaging content.
• Proven experience in social media, communication, and promotional events…
• Experience in UXUI is a plus
• A customer-oriented mindset with great customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UXUI is a plus
• You should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand in any communications and exposure to all stakeholders and target audiences, from employees, agents, customers, partners, and the public.
