Pattern is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Ecommerce expert to join our MENA Team in Dubai to support the scaling of the business by driving the performance of the brands we represent on Amazon and Noon.

Your will own the relationship and financial performance of a portfolio of global brands managing their performance across marketplaces here in Europe. 

You will support the Senior Brand Manager with defining and implementing the E2E growth and profitability plan for your portfolio of brands by working cross-functionally with Operations, Content, Advertising, Creative, Merchandising and Finance.

You will be a strategic and commercial ecommerce professional who can engage partners and internal stakeholders towards a common goal. You will have a growth mindset and love navigating the challenges of working in fast-changing landscapes. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Helps to onboard new partners (product manufacturers) to multiple online retail platforms
  • Looks for opportunities to maximize online sales
  • Handles requests from our business partners
  • Represents Pattern in the most professional way possible
  • Keeps product listings healthy and functional
  • Works with the digital marketing team to manage advertising campaigns
  • Strategizes with company officers regarding how to maximize accounts
  • Develops new processes and systems for business growth
  • Gathers and organizes new product information and creates listings
  • Creates and manages content for listings
  • Optimizes listings for search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Pays attention to the details that set our product listings apart from competitors
  • Thinks outside the box to improve business systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related program
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
  • High ethical standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with the Amazon
  • Experience with Noon preferred but not mandatory
  • Marketing Experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Previous experience working in a high-stakes business environment
