About the Job

Are you a seasoned brand management professional passionate about health and wellness? As our Brand Activation Manager for Cenovis, you’ll be responsible for driving brand growth in the Health Functional Food (HFF) category. In this role, you will shape strategic brand initiatives, spearhead project management efforts, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure robust brand positioning and market success.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Brand Success: Achieve annual targets in sales, profit, and market share through effective marketing program execution.
  • Strategic Planning Contribution: Provide strategic input for corporate planning cycles and long-term business objectives.
  • Brand Development: Oversee the brand’s marketing plan, including communications, activations, PR, online presence, and category-specific strategies.
  • Media and Digital Strategy: Lead media planning, including digital campaigns, to maximize brand impact and reach.
  • Insight-Driven Activation: Partner with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) to embed key consumer insights into brand activation strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and campaign performance, proposing action plans to enhance growth.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely completion of cross-functional projects, coordinating with Sales (on/offline), Trade Marketing, Product Development, QA, Medical, and SCM teams.
  • Leadership in Brand Growth Projects: Lead strategic initiatives that drive brand growth both short-term and long-term.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including budget management.                                                                                     

About You

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in business, marketing, or a related field)

Experience & Knowledge:  

  • Minimum of 5 years in FMCG marketing, ideally within a multinational organization.
  • Proven experience in launching new products and managing brands in the Health Functional Food category.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Experience working with external agencies is an advantage.

  • Strong results orientation and action-oriented mindset.
  • Effective under pressure, with a strategic focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with fluent communication in Korean and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
