We are looking for our new Brand Manager Retail France M/F/X.
You will contribute to the development & execution of the annual marketing plans in France.
You will also be the driving force behind the activation on growth opportunities in the potato category towards the Retail French market. You contribute to the set business objectives of the CE region by successfully analyzing, developing, and executing our propositions in collaboration with the local commercial team and European Marketing teams.
You will be part of the French Planning & Activation Retail team and report to the Marketing Manager Retail France. Your main office will be in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France. Occasional travels within France for customer visits or team meetings are required.
Key responsibilities :

  • You prepare and monitor the implementation of marketing plans, based on our annual strategy.
  • You activate prioritized business opportunities via 360° marketing plans in close collaboration with Category managers, Digital Media manager and external agencies.
  • You manage the entire Retail Potato product portfolio (including quality follow-up) and build action plans to develop the brand and categories via different levers (promotion, media, packaging, in-store activations...)
  • You analyze market and category trends using distributor & consumer panels, recommend & implement corrective actions.
  • You contribute with Brand & Category teams to the success of new product launch by being a true market expert, building P&L and business cases, preparing and executing go-to-market plans, and tracking closely innovation performance. You also contribute s to building brand communication strategy and executing it in the local market.
  • You connect regularly with European teams to assure French retail priority in the European and Global projects and daily with the commercial team (key account managers, category managers, area managers and sales representatives)
  • You are the team contact for all CSR-related topics and action plans


Qualifications:

  • You have more than 3 years in FMCG marketing background, with experience & passion for retail/branded businesses
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You are fluent in English; French is a must.
  • You have a good analytical & project management skills.
  • You know how to influence & work in a matrix organization.
  • You are able to drive & federate other team members to achieve common goals & results.
  • You have a creative mindset and like to innovate.
