Brand Manager Oral Health Care

About the role

As a Brand Manager OHC you will support the implementation of winning marketing strategies for the full portfolio of OHC brands (Sensodyne, Parodontax, Aquafresh, Corega) in Hungary. You will ensure sales value & profit growth, and growing market share. You will manage the activation & execution of the strategy with excellence.

You will report to the OHC Cluster Category Marketing Manager, work closely with the local team and with numerous internal & external stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Execution of the yearly brand activity plan in line with CEE strategies in order to deliver brand targets.

  • Closely monitors market, own and competition’s performance, prepares market analysis.

  • Tracks closely the OHC brands A&P budget and ensures spending is fully under control.

  • Understanding & proactive generation of local insight via closeness with consumers and dentists to help activation and feedback the CEE Category team.

  • Prepares monthly consumption forecasts.

  • Manages with his/her team the local adaptation of creative assets.

  • Supports the full activation of new product launches.

  • Appropriately influences HOM and CEE to ensure support for Hungarian’s needs and consumer opportunities

  • Briefs, manages, and provides feedbacks to agencies in order to achieve brand goals

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 - 7 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand Management with FMCG brands.

  • Solid understanding of P&L.

  • Fluent English and Hungarian language skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Problem solving skills

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Somebody who builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

  • Has strong ownership and ability to working and making decisions independently
