Job Description Summary:

The North America Organizational Unit (NAOU) Minute Maid Brand team is seeking a Brand Manager to steward and support growth initiatives on key bottler-delivered businesses. This individual will be responsible for managing an NAOU brand – inclusive of key strategies, innovative plans and marketing programs, while coordinating and working with key internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver on mid- and short-term objectives and business plan metrics. The individual will also lead and support 2025 planning/sell-in for the top initiatives on the Minute Maid trademark. 

 

What You’ll Do for Us & What you’ll get from this position

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a thriving NAOU brand leading business management, key programming and strategy for Minute Maid's bottler-delivered brands. 

  • Lead day-to-day business management for Minute Maid Juices to Go, working cross-functionally with cross-functional partners to develop and execute on key business opportunities to meet 2024 business plans 

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and sources of growth for Minute Maid Juices to Go in 2025 

  • Drive the strategy for the future of Minute Maid Juices to Go including brand edge, innovation and communication strategy working cross functionally with Human Insights, R&D and Commercial to develop key deliverable for 2026+ planning milestones  

  • Lead Minute Maid Aguas Frescas 2025 Planning and sell-in including engagement of key internal/external stakeholders, development of execution strategies and operating plans 

  • Support the development of “Juice Up Your Meals” as a key strategic pillar of the 2025+ brand vision 

  • Deliver strong execution for Minute Maid BDB portfolio of brands fall shopper programs including finalizing creative, Coke Catalog execution and system communication working alongside Shopper Creative, Merchandising, Franchise and Customer teams 

  • Support other key Minute Maid BDB initiatives 

  

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.

  • Experience in market research and ability to interpret data to drive brand strategy.

  • Proficiency in using marketing software and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong creative and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage external agencies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.

Pay Range:

$99,400 - $121,300

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
