The Brand Manager (BM): is responsible for developing, leading and ensuring the implementation of the brand plan for Brand/s of responsibility, supporting the company’s business plan.
The BM is responsible for the design and the execution of the brand strategy according to the EMEA brand plans. The role’s responsibilities also include the market data analysis, in order to protect the brand’s integrity and market share. The BM leads the Country Value Team of the Brand and maintains communication and collaboration across functions, the IBVTs and the marketing functional network.
The Country Value Team Leader (CVTL): is the local ambassador for the brand internally and externally. This focal and strategic role represents the key interconnection between the local Country and the EMEA Commercial organization, providing strategic insights and ensuring that the local market perspective is accounted for in EMEA strategy decision-making.
The CVTL leads the local Core Value Team (CVT) and integrates cross functional expertise to harmonize and localize the EMEA brand strategy and to make it work at local level, maximizing alignment to EMEA guidelines.
The CVTL is the owner of the Local Brand Plan and as such will have expert knowledge of all aspects around the brand in country - local customer needs, local requirements, competitive environment, business imperatives. Brand Manager
· Develops and executes brand strategy and brand plans
· Contributes to the forecasting and budgeting activities
· Analyses market data, sales data, IMS data and plans accordingly

EMEA Responsibilities
· Inputs into the EMEA Brand Value Planning process by raising specific country aspects (e.g. Regulatory, Market Access etc) to the IBVT
· Provides key Country assumptions on commercial topics to be integrated into EMEA forecasting, scenarios & risk mitigation plan
Works in collaboration with the IBVTL, IBVT members and other CVTLs and raises any issues from a local perspective
· Collaborates within the IBVT for sharing best practices in terms of different processes, deliverables, approaches etc.
Country Responsibilities
· Conveys the EMEA brand vision at Country level in order to shape a local brand value plan aligned to the EMEA brand value plan and strategic planning process to the best extent possible, including local budget allocation and resourcing model management
· Is responsible for monitoring the brand performance at local level and providing EMEA leadership with standard KPIs and metrics
· Leads the Country Value Team and ensures the CVT achieves the required deliverables
