Purpose of the position
The Brand Management Trainee supports the brand management team in driving brand performance and customer engagement through various analytical and promotional activities.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Support brand management initiatives through effective data analysis and reporting.
Leverage Nielsen reports to track sales metrics, providing insights for strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the team to follow up on promotional plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Assist in managing sponsorship requests and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Enhance brand visibility and engagement through social media initiatives.
Coordinate follow-up on digital plans, ensuring timely execution and optimization of content.
Utilize digital tools to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and gather consumer insights.
Engage with the audience through innovative and creative content strategies.
Contribute to efficient administrative processes that support brand management.
Perform various administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the brand management team.
Monitor billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Support the team in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or related fields.
Availability for a 6-month internship, starting in June 2025
Strong analytical skills and results orientation
Initiative and creativity
Dynamic team player attitude
Proficiency in English, Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
What We Offer
