Responsibilities:

Supports the development and execution of innovation projects that strengthen brand relevance, expand the product portfolio, and drive business growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Assist in the execution of innovation and renovation projects, from concept development to product launch. • Support in gathering and analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation. • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) and external partners to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. • Help coordinate packaging development, artwork adaptation, and product claims review to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulations. • Monitor project progress and support in tracking innovation KPIs, including timelines, launch success, and post-launch performance. • Support ideation workshops, research initiatives, and cross-functional meetings to drive innovation thinking. • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and product decks for internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
