Our writers turn projects into stories. You make those stories spread.
When an A360 implementation results in "70% faster service response, $X recovered, 4 weeks to live," you're the person who turns those numbers into something a CFO would forward — an infographic that shows the before-and-after, a deck slide that gets pulled into someone else's pitch, a LinkedIn graphic that gets reshared with the comment "this is exactly what we're trying to do.
This role exists because we have meaningful data and outcomes that aren't traveling far enough. The writer creates the words. The web designer owns the platform. You make the work shareable everywhere else.
II. Primary Responsibilities
- Data-led infographics. For LinkedIn, blog posts, customer stories, and partner co-marketing. You'll build a library of templated formats — "data point + insight," "before/after," "process flow," "competitive comparison" — so the writer can request a new one with a one-line brief, and you can ship it the same week.
- Sales decks and presentations. Sales decks, partner co-marketing decks, executive presentations. You understand that a slide isn't done when it's beautiful; it's done when it actually persuades.
- Social and digital design. Site design, LinkedIn graphics, blog hero images, email newsletter visuals, paid campaign assets. Brand consistency across everything the team ships externally.
- Event visual identity. Booth and lounge concept work for events such as Dreamforce, Shoptalk, and Snowflake Summit, including visual identity & owned-event branding. Working with our growing marketing team and our global design team for production.
- Brand consistency. Across the writer's words, the video producer's videos, and the web designer's pages. You're the connective tissue — not a brand cop, but the person who makes sure A360's look and feel reads the same whether someone sees us on LinkedIn, at Dreamforce, on our website, or in a sales presentation.
- Ability to experiment with new formats and tools. New visual formats, new distribution channels, new AI-generated visual workflows — you try them, ship them, and can point to what worked, what didn't, and what changed. This isn't a side hustle for you; it's how you make a company's work more memorable and how you help sellers close business.
- 5–8 years in B2B brand design with a strong data visualization or infographic portfolio across online channels. We need to see the work, not hear about it.
- Strong typographic sensibility — you can make data look interesting without making it look busy. "More charts" is not your default move.
- AI fluency in design: Figma + AI plugins, Image generation tools such as Midjourney for ideation, ChatGPT or Claude for asset generation and copy iteration. You've integrated AI into your daily workflow. Bonus if you've built a Claude Skill or Custom GPT, or shipped AI-generated visuals in a real client project — we want people who build with AI strategically, not just use it.
- Sales deck design experience — you understand the difference between "make this slide pretty" and "help this slide persuade."
- Digital design chops to step up and contribute concepts on sites & microsite projects, ebooks, or even the odd email.
- Digital design chops to step up and contribute concepts on sites & microsite projects, ebooks, or even the odd email.
- Scope judgment and turnaround discipline. You can move fast on tactical assets (infographics, single social posts) when the brief calls for it — and you know when a piece of work needs days or weeks to be right (event visual identity, brand system extensions, major deck rebuilds). Speed and quality aren't opposed for you, and you communicate scope realistically up front.
- Comfortable with our async, distributed workflow — most communication in Google Chat, Jira, and on-screen video calls.
- Salesforce, Snowflake, or broader cloud-ecosystem visual design experience
- Experience turning complex ideas into Interactive Demos or Experiences in Figma
- Experience with emerging design formats. Conversation design, AI-generated images and video, Claude Design or Canva expertise, Synthesia Avatars — tools that could make A360 memorable in new ways.
- Animation in After Effects (motion graphics infographics that pair with the video producer's work)
- Illustration or hand-drawn elements as part of your portfolio (used judiciously)
- Worked at a B2B agency or in-house at a B2B SaaS company where you owned brand consistency
- Experience working with distributed or global design production teams (we have one for execution overflow)
You'll report to the VP of CX & Marketing, joining our growing marketing team. Day-to-day, you'll work with the writer for content briefs, the web designer on brand system extensions, the video producer on motion graphics handoffs, and our global design team for production overflow.
Tools we'll provide: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Envato, AI subscriptions of your choice, and access to our brand asset library.
We're remote-first. We don't care where in the US you sit, but to maximize overlap with the team and customers, EST or CST is preferred. You'll be comfortable collaborating with our global team. We care that you're enjoying the work, and what you create makes our customers and partners want to talk about us.
- A short note in your voice about a piece of visual or brand work you're proud of — what the constraint was and what you decided
- Portfolio focused on data visualization, infographics, and sales decks if possible
- A 2-minute Loom or write-up describing your current design workflow and how you've integrated AI tools
- Your LinkedIn profile URL
